Shalaka 2000/'98 - Powder Coating equipment received accreditation of its quality for CE after testing in Germany.

The company has a joint venture between Intech & a German firm - Intech Gebr Linke GmbH, will now manufacture the entire Intech range in Germany.  Intech has WOs company in Malaysia under the name M/s Intech Surface Coating & Storage Systems Sdn Bhd., Malaysia.

Intech's entire range now enjoys a coverage of 19 nations and over 100 completed projects in the last 4 years.  A single repeat order worth $ 500,000 from Beirut and Riyadh this year is proof for Intech's quality against international competition.

Intech - well equipped factory situated on 4000 sq mt area at Pune, India.  Branches in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and a Dealers Chain in 30 cities in the country to support customer.  Also there are two manufacturing facilities & 13 dealers abroad.

PRODUCTS

INTEGRA 2000 - Integrated concept in Powder Coating, first time in world.  Various spray heads suitable for different articles.  Integra 2000 - Batch type Powder Coating machine is the integration of most advanced Shalaka 2000 - Powder Coating Equipment, Powder Spray Chamber, On Line Sieve, Multicyclone recovery and Bin cum Hopper, with suitable material handling arrangements.  They are available in standard sizes, suitable for manual application and a variety of articles.  Integra 2000 is constructed and integrated to give you an excellent finish, almost 100% utilisation of powder, maintenance-free & long life of equipment, ease of quick cleaning and colour changes & safe pollution-free operations.

SHALAKA EXCEL 2000 - Manual Powder Coating Equipments - In powder coating, epoxy, polyester, acrylic and such thermo setting powders are sprayed on the article under charged conditions.  After curing, the powders form a tough and resilient high performance coating.  This simple process, however requires well engineered coating equipment, whether manual or automatic, to achieve desired performance.  Everyone whishes for aesthetically smooth and flawless coating on any article with uniform film thickness and absence of orange peal, pin holding or any such defects.  Further requirements are speed of operations, ease of handling and environmental protection.  All these objects solicit careful engineering in design and manufacturing of powder coating equipment.

25 years of rich experience in lab trials and field tests as well as feed back from valued customers, operators and end users has helped Intech develop the most advanced Powder Coating Equipment - Shalaka 2000, to optimally meet all the expectations from such an equipment.

INTEGRA CPC for Conveyorised Plants (Fully Automatic application, Manual application, Combination with back to back or different level coating)

Modular Construction - Down draft spray chamber use single or multiple modular multicyclone recovery and recycling units.  Air velocities in all openings allow no powder to escape to the surroundings.  Total air flow commensurates with safety requirements laid down.  Multicyclone capacities depend upon opening area and number of applicators required.

Corrugated floor provides a clean platform and powder movement through self sieving assures continuous mixing of fresh and recycled powder for optimum economy.

Booth construction and dimensions are provided as per article flow and coating requirements.  For quick colour changes, "booth on wheels" with automatic transfer is supplied.  Modular post filters are provided after multicylone.  They get automatically cleaned with shaker mechanism.   Only fines are collected and clean air is exhausted.  Modular post filters match the multicyclone capacities.
